Next to the coastal settlement of Agios Ioannis, the village of Papa Nero is located, with the famous beach of the same name.
Apart from the asphalt road, the aforementioned two settlements are connected with a pedestrian bridge. There is also a road that leads to the neighbouring village of Damouchari.
